How it works

Your own ad-free home for football training clips, turned into guided drills you can practise and get feedback on.

⚽ For players

Sign in with your PIN on the player screen.
Watch any clip in the Library. Tap a clip to open it.
Do a drill. Open Drills, or tap "Start drill" on a clip that has one. Follow the steps in order, tap a "▶ from 1:23" link to jump to that moment in the video, tick each step off, then tap Mark complete.
Set up your space using the little pitch diagram on the drill: it shows where to put the cones, the ball, and where to stand.
Show your work. On a drill, tap Upload a video of your attempt (you can film it right there). Only you and your parent can ever see it.
Get feedback. When your parent reviews it, you'll see their comments and a ✓ Nailed it or ↻ Try again on your attempt.
Want a new clip? Tap Request and send a link for your parent to approve.
No internet where you're going? Open a clip and tap Save for offline first.

Add clips. Tap + Add and paste a YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, or TikTok link. It downloads in the background.
Requests. Clips your player requests wait in Requests for you to approve or reject. Approving downloads it. Subscribed Channels also drop new uploads here for approval (never automatically).
Organise. Add tags on a clip's page to filter the library, and build Playlists like "Today's session".
Make a drill. Open a clip and choose ✨ Generate drill with AI (Claude drafts the objective, steps, coaching points, and a setup diagram from the video) or Build by hand. Edit it, then Publish so your player can use it. Drafts stay private until you publish.
Setup diagram. In the drill editor, pick a tool (cone, ball, player, goal, arrow) and tap the pitch to place it. Drag to move, Erase to remove.
Review attempts. Your player's uploads appear on the drill and in Reviews (the badge shows how many are waiting). Watch, write feedback, set a verdict, and Save.
AI feedback (optional). On a review, tap ✨ Suggest feedback with AI: Claude looks at the attempt and drafts a suggestion. You edit it before saving, so nothing AI-written reaches your player on its own.
Privacy. Attempt videos are sign-in-only (never public) and are deleted automatically after 30 days.

AI cost. Drafting a drill or a feedback suggestion costs roughly $0.05 to $0.15 each. The model is set in the server .env (AI_MODEL); switch it to a cheaper one there any time.
Install it like an app. In your phone's browser, use "Add to Home Screen" for a full-screen, app-like experience.
